Anger at proposals to close rail ticket offices.

Rail companies say ticket office staff will be redeployed to other areas of the stations but disability campaigners say this will make it very difficult for disabled passengers to use the rail network and will increase fears for safety and security. Councillor Craig Card says " This news is very worrying and will adversley affect those that need some assistance at a time when we should be helping and encouraging more people onto public transport."
