Cllr Craig Card talks about the local finances Craig Card says “Since being elected to council I have been very concerned about the state of Rushmoor’s budget. But, I don’t agree with some parties’ recent leaflets saying Rushmoor is bankrupt. The council is not bankrupt, but it is in a bad state and strong actions need to be taken. We cannot have our council leadership making claims of large projects across the borough when the funds are just not available. We need to preserve as much as possible the essential services that local residents need”.
