Your local Liberal Democrats are concerned about the proposals. The current plans lack details. Will the housing planned be affordable, of good quality and energy efficient. Will the civic amenities be sufficient for our future needs and will there be enough green space for the proposed 1000 new homes planned and all the residents using this civic area.
